The new UB-92 Module is designed for practices the require outpatient billing on UB-92 insurance claim forms. The module adds a "UB-92" tab to the Charge Entry form that contains UB-92 specific fields such as: Condition Codes, Occurrence Codes, Occurrence Spans, Value Codes, additional Diagnosis, and more. A charge is simply checked off as "Bill Using UB-92" and when claim batches are run, only charges marked off as such are printed. Revenue Codes are assigned to procedures from the Procedure Codes form. A UB-92 Claim Printing Adjustment tool is included to better align your printer to the UB-92 forms.
