Training

When you purchase our Brickell Medical Office software from Brickell Research, you will receive a User's Manual for every seat-license you purchase. This way your staff will always have plenty of manuals handy. Should you need more manuals, we include a copy of our manual in Word Format within our installation CD, or you may order more if you like. A Scheduler Workbook is also provided to help you plan for the way you wish to set up your scheduler when your trainer arrives on-site. Our software even includes an "Initial Setup Wizard" that remains on your system until you have completed the setup process. Careful thought has been given to help you get the most from your training sessions.

On-Site Training:

Our on-site training services are offered to our clients within the United States. Our qualified trainers will install, assist you in configuring your software, and train your staff on the use of our practice management software. On-site training is an important component to the success of your new system and therefore, the overall performance of your practice. Whether you are having our software installed for the first time, have hired new personnel, or just desire additional training to keep your staff up-to-date, our on-site training services are available, and must be scheduled at least 3 weeks ahead of time.

Remote Training:

For clients who require a "refresher" course, remote training is available. Using remote control software such as PCanywhere, or UltraVNC and/or providing training lessons over the phone, remote training can provide your practice with cost-effective training at an hourly rate.

Training Seminar:

On occasion, Brickell Research offers training seminars at our corporate offices in Miami, Florida. These seminars are presented as "refresher" courses. One of the benefits our seminars provide is the unique group interaction and synergy that often leads to new perspectives on ways to use our software.
